Come learn to create some of Italy’s most sensational starters, side dishes, egg entrees and more. By the end of our program you’ll also discover Italian cheeses and wines—from their regions and classifications to how to select, pair and serve them.

To get the most out of our Specialized Italian Cooking Series, we recommend taking our 3-session Knife Skills, Deboning and Filleting prior to taking any of our Specialized classes.
