Overview Learn the fundamentals of pasta preparation and practice the varied techniques for preparing earthly and robust or subtly elegant sauces that accompany them.
In three sumptuous sessions you will explore notable variations on the pasta theme, gaining proficiency in the techniques of crafting pasta by hand or with a machine.
Shaped by hand or stuffed with flavorful fillings and served with a delightful variety of sauces, our Pasta Intensive training will help you become proficient in a cross section of Italian pasta and sauce preparations, the very essence of Italian cuisine.
Curriculum UNIT 1 – Introduction to Pasta & Regional Sauces.
UNIT 2 – Fresh Pasta: Creating by Hand and by Machine.
UNIT 3 – Filled Pastas: Ravioli, Tortellini and Lasagna.
