In three sumptuous sessions you will explore notable variations on the pasta
theme, gaining proficiency in the techniques of crafting pasta by hand or with a
machine.
Shaped by hand or stuffed with flavorful fillings and served with a delightful
variety of sauces, our Pasta Intensive training will help you become proficient in a
cross section of Italian pasta and sauce preparations, the very essence of Italian
cuisine.
UNIT 1 – Introduction to Pasta & Regional Sauces.
UNIT 2 – Fresh Pasta: Creating by Hand and by Machine.
UNIT 3 – Filled Pastas: Ravioli, Tortellini and Lasagna.
