overview Satisfyingly simple and down to earth crispy pizza and tender, delicate gnocchi add an inspiring dimension to every serious cook interested in expanding their range of Italian cuisine.
Learn the subtle art and craft of creating authentic Italian cuisine from the proper techniques for proofing, rising and shaping dough, to the gratifying benefits of using a light hand.
In two lively sessions, you’ll be creating tantalizing pizza, savory foccaccia, surprisingly delicate gnocchi, and best of all, you’ll gain the confidence and inspiration to satisfy and delight family and friends for many dinnertimes to come. Curriculum
