The illy Scholarship
Amount: $10,000
Application Deadline: September 7, 2010
One scholarship will be awarded to a student enrolling in the Italian Culinary Experience program starting in October. To be eligible, you must complete an application for admission and an essay describing what Italian products you use and why, and your goals upon completion of the course. The recipient will be expected to attend illy’s Coffee Expert course at The International Culinary Center (free of charge) and complete a two-page report on your experience of the course. The Italian Culinary Experience Scholarships
Amount: $5,000
Application Deadline: Varies
Scholarships valued at $5,000 will be awarded to students seeking an education in Italian cuisine. To be eligible you must complete an application for admission and an essay explaining why you want to participate in the Italian Culinary Experience.
