Your intensive, hands-on experience begins on day one, and the fast-paced learning and excitement never let up. Under the watchful eye of your passionate Chef-Instructors, you’ll learn to craft wonderful stocks and sauces, produce authentic fresh Italian breads and pastas, and become skilled at cooking a variety of traditional beef, chicken, fish, and vegetable dishes, as well as irresistible desserts. You'll train at your own personal workstation in our brand new instructional kitchen designed specifically for Italian cooking. Imagine yourself, dressed in your chef's whites, growing in skill and confidence as you prepare excellent Italian cuisine under the guidance of accomplished Chef-Instructors. It’s never been easier, with convenient class times and two scheduling options to choose from.

But our program is so much more than just a cooking program--it's a total immersion in the language, culture, and cuisine of Italy.
