If you’re passionate about Italian cuisine and culture, The Italian Culinary Experience is one of the most authentic culinary training programs available anywhere, dividing your time between our New York City campus and our sister school, ALMA, in Italy, for a truly comprehensive education.
Now it’s even easier to pursue your culinary dreams. The Italian Culinary Academy is pleased to announce seven new scholarship opportunities co-sponsored by The Italian Trade Commission (ITC). The ITC is offering merit- and need-based scholarships of $5,000 each, to prospective students enrolling in the Italian Culinary Experience class starting on July 6.
To be eligible, applicants must have demonstrated financial need and show a deep commitment to the Italian culinary arts. Submission of a completed application and an essay of 500 words or less is required. The application deadline is May 28.
