Our Supper, Wine, and Forager clubs can enrich your education with new perspectives on the culinary industry and broaden your views on food and cooking, all while exposing you to everything the city has to offer.

In Italy: Authenticity From Day One
Here's your chance to soak up everything Italy has to offer. Living, studying, and communicating in Italy will forever change how you think about life and food. In the classroom, you'll expand your cooking skills and supplement them with theory, history, and more language studies. Field trips outside of the kitchen will take you to visit regional farms, factories, and vineyards to watch the production of authentic ingredients, following agricultural traditions that are hundreds of years old. The opportunity to learn from the best continues at Alma: Visiting Michelin-rated chefs from each of Italy's 20 regions frequently demonstrate for your class, using preparing ingredients according to unique regional traditions and giving you insight into the interplay between geography and cuisine.
