The Italian Culinary Experience is one of the most authentic training programs available anywhere for the aspiring Italian cook. Our innovative curriculum divides your time between New York City and our sister school in Italy, combining lessons on Italian language and culture with rigorous hands-on cooking instruction.
At our monthly Open Houses, you can visit The Italian Culinary Academy and learn how our comprehensive training program will take you on the culinary journey of a lifetime. You'll tour our kitchens, meet Chef-Instructors, and speak to our staff about financial aid options, student life, and more.
